Big Loser Weight Loss Competition

1. HOW LONG IS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS COMPETITION?

   It is 12 weeks

2. WHAT IS COST FOR THIS WL COMPETITION

   • The Entry Fee of R350 per person is for the full 12 weeks and is non-refundable. You will also receive a " Goodie Bag " to the value of over R400

3. I DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOOSE - HOW WILL YOU DETERMINE THE WINNER?

   • Results will be calculated as follow: Percentage % Weight Loss - Starting Weight minus Ending weight = %

   We also take the following into consideration : 75% of points from Fat percentage, 15% of points from Kilograms and 10% of points from Cm’s loss

4. HOW OLD MUST YOU BE TO JOIN THE WL COMPETITION ?

   • Participants must be over 18 years of age

5. HOW WILL MY HEALTH CONDITION BE AFFECTED?

   • We do not accept any responsibility for any health problems a participant might have and the participant must inform his/her doctor if need be

6. WHEN AND HOW CAN WE START?

7. IF I WIN - WHAT DO I NEED?

    ~Registration ~

   Only R350 Cash or EFT One Time Fee

   
   

   R % Goes into Pot Of Money of paying participants

   R % for Admin and renting of Venue with weekly prizes

    

   50% of the Pot $ will go to the person with the largest % of weight loss

   30% to 2nd person highest % weight loss

   20% to 3rd person highest % weight loss

   Different events

   Our Main event is held in Oostersee, Parow , Cape Town

9. WILL THERE BE EXCERCISE ?

   As part of this Challenge there will be no official Excercise, BUT

   There are sessions before and After this Challenge held by different Organizers.

   We also will encourage you to join us on the Saturday Local Parkrun / walk events for FREE
